When entering a security deposit you must enter the Charge first, then enter the Payment.
If you entered the payment first delete the payment and start over.
In order to print a receipt for the security deposit payment.
Right click once on the line item which has 'Sec. Deposit Payment' in the Description box.
The line should now be gray to indicate it has been selected.
Notice the printer icon changes from gray to color.
Now you can click on the printer icon to print your receipt.
