I love being able to email tenants a report or statement. Is there a way to email them a letter from the Letters to Tenant part of Sidekick?

When you create a letter to a tenant, the letter will come up as part of Microsoft Word, whether you are merging it with tenant data or not. You will be able to then save the letter (save a merged letter under another name so that you do not replace the template) and e-mail it as you would any other Microsoft Word document by attaching it to an e-mail.

You  can download and install a free PDF creator application (such as PDF creator www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator.com )  and then when you choose Print to print a document or letter in Word you will have an option to print to a PDF. Then save that PDF somewhere such as your desktop and then you can attach it to an email.
