How can I record details of a wrap note that we hold? We purchased a property with a conventional mortgage (which we still retain) and then sold the property to another buyer (i.e. we carried back a loan) who pays us normal loan repayments (principal, interest)


The easiest way to handle this is to create 3 recurring charges for the tenant each month in the tenant's Recurring Charges folder.(Principal, Interest and Escrow) They will all need to be set for the same amount each month, the program will not calculate amortization for you.
